The 17th District Attorney's Office has three office locations established to serve their respective communities. We are charged with the responsibility of prosecuting felony offenses that occur within the counties of DeSoto, Tate, Panola, Yalobusha, and Tallahatchie.

If you need to REPORT A CRIME for investigation, you should contact the appropriate law enforcement agency which has jurisdiction in the location where the crime occurred.
